A Note Regarding Reservations

Are you looking to spruce up your table for either our semi-exclusive or casual bookings? You are welcome to enhance your tables with tablecloths and small decor items (e.g. flowers, table runners, etc.). Balloons are also permitted, provided they remain on the tables or are securely anchored to the ground with a weight.

However, we are unable to allow large structures that may disrupt the space or pose a hazard to other guests. This includes banners, anything taped or hung on walls, balloon garlands, plinth stands, and backdrops. These items are only permitted and reserved for private events in the West Wing.

At Willowdale Hotel, we are committed to creating an enjoyable and welcoming environment for all members of our community. To ensure fair access to our venue and maintain a comfortable experience for all guests, the following online reservation policy applies:

Online Booking Conditions
Online reservations are limited to one booking per group per day.
The maximum size for online reservations is 30 guests.
Multiple bookings made by the same group, organiser, or party on the same day may be identified and combined or cancelled at the discretion of venue management.
Bookings cannot be split across multiple names or times in an attempt to exceed the maximum group allocation.
Larger Group Enquiries

For groups requiring space for more than 30 guests, we encourage guests to explore one of our tailored function options, including:

Semi-exclusive area bookings
Private event space hire

Our events team will be happy to assist in finding the most suitable option for larger gatherings while ensuring all patrons can comfortably enjoy the venue.

Willowdale Hotel reserves the right to:

Decline or amend bookings that do not comply with this policy.
Cancel duplicate or overlapping reservations.
Request additional information regarding group bookings where required.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure there is ample space for the entire community to enjoy the venue.
